Melissa is a continued trusted advisor to clients across the country and globe and has directly saved her clients hundreds of millions of dollars in unnecessary licensing and support costs.
Melissa is a frequent speaker at software asset management industry conferences and trade shows, such as IAITAM ACE and IBSMA SAM Summit, on the topics of Oracle licensing, Oracle contracts, and overall Oracle SAM best practices. Melissa has taught Oracle licensing classes for multiple organizations across the US and abroad. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering and mathematics from Tulane University.
